How would you describe people who typically thrive in your industry?

To be successful in the startup world, you have to be really curious. You need to be able to learn quickly and have a bias for action.

A lot of times, there isn't a clear path, established processes, or obvious next steps. You have to be okay with dealing with ambiguity and not necessarily having all the answers.

If you like that, everything is a chance to do something new and improve upon what was done before. You can move really quickly, have a big impact, and get a lot done.

However, it's not for everyone. If you need structure or want things to be 100% perfect, it might not be the right spot for you.
