What does a day in the life of your role look like?
It really depends on the day. I spend a lot of time talking to customers and prospects.
Today, I probably had three or four customer calls: two with existing customers helping them with onboarding or specific problems they had, or talking about renewals. I also had two calls with prospective customers, depending on where they are in their lifecycle, showing them a demo, walking them through the trial, or negotiating the subscription.
I also had some internal meetings, trying to enable some of the new hires to operate autonomously. I did some work today on sales, specifically outbound, figuring out where we should be targeting our time and effort. I reviewed some of the sequences our team is sending.
But on any given day, it could be putting together a financial model, working on our pricing package, or trying to figure out where we're going to take people out to dinner for our company offsite. It really depends on the day, which is the fun part. No two days are the same.
