How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

Do you really want to know? Okay. I think there are a couple of different types.

Some narcissists are very successful because they are willing to tell people whatever they want to hear to make a sale. Then there are other people who really care about others and have a harder time giving advice early in their careers.

They know they don't know everything yet, so they hesitate. If those people stick around long enough, they can really help a lot of individuals. So I think those two types of people thrive in different ways.
