What is one lesson that has been significant for you in your career?
One lesson I would say, and it might sound corny, is that you're never going to know everything. There's always something to learn from someone, whoever you interact with.
Even if you're in a situation or a dynamic that isn't ideal, perhaps it's the company culture or a bad work environment, you can still learn from it. You learn about what you thrive in, what you suffer in, and how to manage or mitigate those things.
So, I would say to take everything as a learning opportunity, especially when you're early in your career. As you learn the subject matter wherever you work, you're also learning about yourself and still growing. Make sure you set yourself up to absorb all those small lessons, no matter the situation you end up in.
