What do you enjoy the most about your current role?

Before the pandemic, I really liked working with ambitious, smart, and talented people. Being around them energized me to become a better version of myself.

After the pandemic, when I couldn't see anyone and was onboarding virtually, I didn't really get to meet people. I think I really enjoyed the aspect of learning again.

This was especially true going from Financial Services into Telecom and private equity. I was always thrown into situations where I had to learn something new.

I learned a lot through that pursuit, about myself and what works best for me. I really appreciated how much I was able to grow professionally during my time as a consultant.
