What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about being a construction specter is that I get to be outside, working in the field pretty much every single day. There are the occasional rainy or snowy days here in Colorado, but I really enjoy being able to be outside, working with people from all sorts of different backgrounds.
It keeps me wanting to go to work every day. I enjoy the challenge of having to work through difficult things with difficult people.
Basically, I enjoy being in the field and seeing things happen as they're happening. When I was younger, I always used to wonder how they built certain things. Being able to see it happening in front of my eyes over the course of a year or two is super special.
It's something I don't take for granted. It's about being able to interact with different people every single day in a really cool environment.
