What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

In my current role, the biggest challenge is oftentimes on a big job. There are so many different things going on. Being able to keep track of all of that, and all the people, is key.

My main focus is making sure everyone is doing what they're supposed to do. Working through difficult problems with difficult people is probably the hardest part for me personally.

I'm a people pleaser and I like everyone to be happy. However, to be successful in this job, you need to be able to make the hard calls and call people out if they're doing something wrong.

That's something I've learned to do a lot better in this job, but I'm still learning and getting better at it every day. The people skills side of things is challenging.

Technical skills can be learned and taught pretty easily. For me, it's being able to stand up and say, "No, you're wrong. I'm right. Here's why."
