What are some of the main responsibilities within your current role?
As a Talent Associate, I interview, strategize, and recruit. I manage pretty much the entire recruitment process for our six schools, our Virtual Academy, and our support team.
It's a lot, and every day is different, but it's also a lot of fun. I get to hear a lot of stories and talk to a lot of people.
