What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think it's just the sheer amount of different stories and people that I get to meet. I came into the job to support teachers.
I recruit a lot of teachers, but I also get to recruit accountants, nurses, and instructional aides. They just have so many different backgrounds, stories, and perspectives that I get to hear.
I feel like I'm taking a trip every time I get to hear one of their stories.
