What does a day in the life of a talent associate look like?
Every day is different. I'll explain it in a week, as you asked. On any given day, I'll be doing three or four interviews and reviewing several resumes.
I start every morning with a cup of coffee. I also get to travel quite a bit. Around springtime, in March, April, and May, we have a lot of career fairs.
It's a cultural norm for those in talent acquisition to attend the same career fairs. This is cool because you get to see other schools and friendly faces you've come to recognize over time, with some healthy competition. I also spend a lot of time going to college campuses and different events, speaking to many people.
