What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about being a senior risk consultant is the opportunity to work more closely with clients. When I was an associate, I had very few interactions, so my communication skills didn't feel significantly improved.

My responsibilities were more focused on supporting senior associates. This meant I didn't really communicate directly with clients as an associate.

Since being promoted to senior associate, I've gotten to know the clients better. I participate in many meetings and give presentations.

My current role has truly improved my communication skills. I can also hone my leadership abilities as a senior associate. Previously, as an associate, I simply followed instructions from senior associates or managers.

Now, as a senior associate, I'm learning how to lead a team. My team includes several associates and interns.
