What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I enjoy most about being in the consulting industry is the ability to work on any kind of project, for any kind of client, in any industry, with any kind of problem, as long as it's related to the function of the consulting division. There are no limits on the projects or industries I can work on.

This means I can have a very steep learning curve because I learn different things every day from different types of projects, industries, and even geographies. This is very enjoyable because I don't have to do the exact same thing every day; it's very dynamic.

What I mean by dynamic is not only the variety of projects but also the teams. When I work on a specific project and am assigned to a specific team, it doesn't mean I will work with them on other projects. I can also be assigned to a different team for another project.

This allows me to get to know more and more people better, and it's really interesting to learn from a lot of different people.
