Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and internships or jobs, before your current role?
Sure, I can tell you about my experiences. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in management in Bandung, Indonesia, back in 2019.
During my undergrad, I was actively involved in some clubs and organizations. I was part of the music club, where I led as the fundraising director. I was involved in several music concerts on campus.
I also joined the Management Student Association, where I led the external division. I was involved in several activities related to students' basic needs.
When I was a sophomore, I also assisted freshmen in transitioning from high school to undergrad. I also assisted my marketing professor with research on e-commerce in Southeast Asia, covering both business-to-business and business-to-customer aspects.
Besides studying in Indonesia, I participated in a student exchange program at the Rennes School of Business in France for one fall semester in 2018. This gave me a lot of international exposure that really helped me work in an international setting after graduation.
After finishing my thesis and while waiting for my graduation, I interned at a growing startup in education in Indonesia called Ruangguru. I was an HR recruitment intern for about three months.
After graduation, I joined KPMG as an associate consultant in risk consulting. That was my first full-time job, and I was promoted to the senior associate level in 2021.
