What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my current role as a consultant is managing client relationships. Dealing with the internal team isn't as difficult as I expected, but clients are usually unpredictable.
We don't always know what clients expect from us as their consultants. Therefore, we need to ensure we can meet their expectations. This is especially difficult when dealing with complaints about our work.
Sometimes clients are not satisfied with our work. Other times, we face challenges during the project because the client demands more from us, or it's an internal challenge we've never encountered before. This usually results in delays.
Clients don't want delays; they want the project ended as soon as possible. So, it's about managing client expectations effectively.
As a consultant, we must ensure our clients feel satisfied. Another challenge is representing our consulting firm in a good light. These are the challenges I usually face as a consultant.
