What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I currently manage our strategic partnerships at OK Kendo. My official title is Partnerships Team Lead, and I manage our relationships with external stakeholders. This specifically includes marketing and development agencies in the e-commerce space, as well as other technology partners we work with.
My role involves managing these relationships and ensuring our partners are informed about our activities. This includes keeping them updated on new product releases, integrations, or events. I aim to keep our partners up to speed and enable them to send us business and referrals.
Our company places a high value on referrals and recommendations. We all know that word-of-mouth is powerful, especially in today's environment with so much accessible information and competition. Therefore, my role is to ensure our strategic partners feel confident recommending our tool.
