What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

My personality type is extremely outgoing and extroverted. I get energy from being around other people and having good conversations.

This isn't the case for everyone, but I enjoy my role most because I get to use a soft skill that I naturally possess. I get to meet so many cool people: founders, CEOs, investors, and individuals who are strategic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.

I learn from them and feel inspired by them. I often attend conferences and events where I listen to entrepreneurs and founders talk about their journeys and what they've overcome. They discuss mental health struggles and self-doubt they experienced before achieving success.

It's interesting to hear these stories and feel more confident in my own ability to reach similar goals one day. I love that aspect of my role.

I think it's important to network with people you admire and who inspire you. It's also beneficial to connect with people who have the jobs you aspire to.

Ask them about their paths, where they came from, and what skills are necessary to get there. My job allows me to connect with these types of people all day.
