What does a day in the life of a partnership's team lead look like?
That's a great question. I am usually on calls most days, almost every day. The fun part about my job is that it's so relationship-driven and relationship-focused, allowing me to really use my skills.
I'm a big relationship driver. I love connecting the dots and connecting people, especially those looking for a specific solution or connection in the space. I enjoy meeting people and having conversations within and outside of work parameters.
In addition to calls, sometimes I'm out to lunch or dinner, or go to happy hours. A big part of my job is attending events and conferences, which involves traveling and planning meetups and networking events. I really do enjoy it so much.
Another aspect is working through problems. Having a large network of strategic partners means something always comes up, whether it's a platform issue or a client experiencing delays with OK Kendo. I facilitate solving these problems.
It's a lot of fun, and I have an amazing team. We constantly help each other and make things work.
