What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
I'm not sure digital product management existed in its current form 24 years ago, when I would have wanted to get into it. So, I don't know what I could have been told then.
I'm actually kind of glad that I came across it later in my career. I think I'm a much more effective product manager because of the experiences I had before I entered this space.
There's something about being open and not knowing everything before you enter an industry or a role. It's about figuring it out as you experience it.
