Transcript
What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My main clinical role is treating patients. Whatever walks in the door of the clinic, I have to evaluate them and find an appropriate treatment plan.
Secondary to that, and on par with it, I'm also an attending to the residency program. There are four of us attendings. We are tasked with showing and teaching the residents how to evaluate patients, perform procedures, and think through challenges. We then supervise them while they perform evaluations, consultations, and procedures in the clinic, as well as in the operating room.
