What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Well, it kind of reflects back to some of the answers I gave previously, but ultimately doing surgery and treating patients is rewarding. Personally, you're able to see a problem and fix it with your hands or with your knowledge. That's extremely rewarding.
But also, for me personally as part of a residency program, I have the ability to teach residents and see how they grow and become surgeons. You start seeing them using the tips you gave them, or they're teaching other residents the things you taught them. So that can be very rewarding.
