Q4: Most important skills for the role?

Obviously, technical skills are by far the most important. But I feel a lot of soft skills, such as communication and trying to understand what the business is asking for, come into play. People skills really help a lot.

Most importantly, I would say technical skills are key. This includes not just the specific tasks you're working on, but also having a holistic view of the entire platform.

I've seen people get stuck on small details without realizing the bigger picture. Being able to see that broader perspective is really important.
