Q2: Main responsibilities

When I graduated college, my first job was with a company called Strong Mind. This was an educational technology company.

The one lesson that I really learned from that company was: How are you providing value to your company? Nothing else matters. Someone's paying you to do a job, and are you providing them enough value to keep you in your role?

I believe that is one of the most eye-opening questions I've asked myself. Do I think I'm doing enough? Do I think I am providing enough value to the company?

I believe that lesson, just being able to introspectively think about the value you can provide, is really important. I think that has proven significant since then.
