Q5: Favorite parts of the role
The most important thing I feel is the challenge that comes with the job. Often, I'm not even sure if I'm doing the right thing or if it will help the team. I question how I'm providing value to the company.
That would be something I really like about this job. Other than that, I really enjoy the work-life balance. It's not necessarily an eight-to-five job; I can work any time as long as I fulfill my goals.
The work-life balance is incredible. I've never felt like I wasn't doing enough or providing enough to the company. So, that part of the job is what I enjoy the most. And, of course, the team members. The team is really great.
