What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think the biggest challenge is getting deals over the finish line. The challenge is that many factors are out of your control when you're working on transactions. They are very complex.
You've got clients, you've got investors, and things arise. It can delay deals, and sometimes they can fall apart. So the challenge is that your job is to get the deal done, not started.
That's the job. And that can be the challenging part. But also the most satisfying part is actually completing a transaction.
