What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
We've thought a lot about how much we have to fight to grow and retain our business. I believed that much of what we do was SAS revenue-based, with sticky relationships.
There was no focus on my new transactions and data operations. I've learned that recruitment marketing is a marketplace and requires constant nurturing and focus.
