As someone who identifies as a woman in business, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
It's definitely daunting, especially in such a male-dominated space. At my work, it's also a lot of males.
But being able to communicate everything that you feel and everything that you are, both in the workspace and with your work, is important. Being able to communicate and be open about what's going on or the best way to move forward is something I've held onto.
I try to keep that in mind while I'm working, whether with customers or my coworkers. It's about being open and myself, and also trying to make everyone happy.
