What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I really like about my role is that every day is different. There's always a new connection to be made, and it's cool to see the account grow.
I also enjoy that my work is in Web3. I love NFTs and crypto, and it's fascinating to see how this space moves so fast. Compared to other industries, there's always something new.
That's what I like about it. When it comes to Web3 marketing, what works today won't work a year from now. This is very different from Web2 marketing, where you typically follow a repeatable process. In Web3, things change constantly.
For example, when companies want to release a token, they often run an airdrop. A couple of months ago, the way to do this was by using platforms like Z Lee Galaxy and other social growth tools to get more people into your product and farm the token.
However, this approach isn't sustainable anymore. The problem is that people tend to sell the tokens immediately, which isn't ideal for a protocol.
My point is that to market effectively, you have to be agile and able to spot what's trending, specifically in Web3. Things are always changing, and that's what I like about it. I don't get bored with this job; there's always something new to do. No two days are the same.
