What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge for me, personally, is working with KOLs. KOLs are key opinion leaders, similar to influencers in crypto.
As a social media manager, I don't enjoy managing influencer relationships. They can be hard to work with, and it's just not for me.
I know there are job paths for this, especially in agencies for both Web2 and Web3, focusing on influencer partnerships. It involves maintaining relationships and having them promote your token or project, write threads, and host Twitter Spaces.
While I like the partnership aspect, handling influencers directly is always a challenge. It's difficult to ensure they fulfill their requirements.
If a Web3 company needs this, I recommend handing it off to an agency or hiring someone specifically for this role. There are opportunities, but managing these relationships can be tricky. That's my biggest challenge: handling KOLs.
