One of the skills I've identified is time management. Being detail-oriented is crucial.
We want to be able to see things that not everyone else can. Throughout my life and work experience, I've had many great mentors.
I love to provide more than just bookkeeping, more than just a profit and loss and a balance sheet. I want to give them insight on how to improve their business and their growth. Being able to want to help people grow, I think, is a skill.
