Transcript

What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

I've been told by many that I'm not normal. I had a full-time job and went to school full-time. This really set me up for success because not only was I learning, I was doing things backwards.

I started working in the field, so when I went to school, it began to connect and make sense. One of the professors said that at the end of the day, a bachelor's degree is just a check in the box.

It's what you do with it that's going to matter, and again, that's about purpose. That's how I was able to have not just the degree, but the experience and work with different people. You can only grow from that.
