What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

One thing I've learned in this role that I wish I'd known sooner is the importance of building my network within the company. The role itself requires a lot of collaboration with others and finding opportunities for different projects.

It's very important to talk to different people and network to understand what other teams are doing. Understanding their KPIs also helps when you have projects with them, as it clarifies their motivations and allows you to move things forward more quickly.

So, I think it's just important to know more people and get to know them well. This allows you to work with them more effectively and get them on board for different projects you're working on.
