What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I would say the three key skills. The first one would be relationship building and stakeholder management, both internal and external. This is important because it's a client-facing role with a lot of engaging and interacting with clients, influencing them to make certain decisions. You're also working with cross-functional partners, which is why stakeholder management is key.

Secondly, data-driven analytical skills are crucial. A lot of the role involves analyzing client performance. You'll go through data to understand consumer purchase patterns and flow, identify problems, and improve performance for clients.

Lastly, teamwork. There's a lot of collaboration within your team. In my role, we have a team quota, so we help each other with projects and pushing advertising revenue to meet our targets.

So, I would say these are the three key skills.
