What are your main responsibilities as an account manager?
As an account manager, my main responsibility was managing a portfolio of 40 to 50 mid-tier clients in Thailand. My goal was to grow their business through Meta solutions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
A large part of my role involved conducting ad performance analysis. I reviewed what worked well and what didn't, then generated reports with strategic recommendations for my clients.
Additionally, there was significant collaboration with cross-functional partners, or what we called "XFNs." We worked with teams like creative and measurement to provide more support for the clients.
For instance, we developed testing frameworks and creative templates. These tools were designed to help clients run their ads more easily and build their business on Facebook.
We also provided client support, assisting them with technical issues and filing certain tasks.
