What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge was prioritizing clients and managing their expectations. I was managing 40 to 50 clients per quarter, and issues constantly cropped up, whether strategic or technical.

Everyone feels their issue is the most important and urgent. As an account manager, you need to know which issues to prioritize and which to delegate.

You have to identify your tier one, tier two, and tier three clients. You also need to manage your time effectively, as there will be many tasks to handle, including helping clients file tasks.

Ultimately, I would say managing client expectations and prioritizing my time was the biggest challenge.
