What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

What I really love is that I'm a lifelong learner. This is probably what kept me at Intel for 26 years; no two years were the same, even if I was in the same job.

In this role, I feel like I'm learning a ton. I've never been in the private equity industry before, so I'm really learning those aspects of it. I also have the freedom to really run with the team, and we're expected to achieve pretty lofty goals.

So, I'm really trying to think through how we can be creative here. We get to be entrepreneurial, but I'd say we swing a lot bigger bat than in the land of startups. We're dealing with millions of dollars, not just thousands or hundreds. I do really love that. I love having an impact.
