What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would've told you before you entered the industry?
I wish they taught accounting, how to form a business, and bookkeeping, or even basic business, in high school. This knowledge is typically only gained through professional experience, which is very limited.
The below standards we have in the US and the world aren't teaching these basics. This makes assisting clients harder because we have to make them aware and wiser.
It's very time-consuming to become the educator when there should be a basic foundational understanding in the world.
