What does a day in the life of an owner of Hiller Enterprise look like?
As president and owner of a company, it really is about having no breaks and being consistent. I work about six days a week.
Fortunately, in the tax field, we have seasons between the end of April to July. So, time organization and scheduling are very important. Making stressful situations manageable is a big part of the role.
I work with many moving parts, personal and in business, and it's important to find and secure that balance. My team and I always work together, no matter the time or season, from community events we sponsor to getting tax.
