What are the main responsibilities within your role?
My role is an interesting one. My official title is Learning Technology Support Engineer two.
What that basically means is the team that I'm on within robotics creates all of the documentation and training materials for all the technicians in the warehouses. So whenever a technician is in the field and needs to do maintenance on robotic equipment, they rely on the content our team produces to complete the maintenance.
My role specifically is that my team owns and maintains a centralized website that houses all of that content. We also integrate that platform with various other internal tools to make the process of doing the maintenance as seamless as possible.
I'm also involved in the creation of media assets. Like I said, I do a lot of work with VR and 360, trying to integrate those into our list of resources that we provide the techs. And that's mostly what I do.
