What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I would say skills, especially being detail-oriented, are important. This means making sure you don't miss those little details. We work in tech, so it's about looking at scripts and tech-heavy things, like computer code, and ensuring it's written correctly.

This can be a unique skill in marketing, especially without a deep computer tech background. So, it's about being very detail-oriented, managing your schedule extremely well, and managing your clients. I think all of that ties together.

Additional skills include Excel. We analyze a lot of data and have our own proprietary tools for this, but understanding Excel, its shortcuts, and how it works is extremely important.

Lastly, I would say one of the most helpful things, whether a skill or a personality trait, is having confidence. This is important for how you present to clients and interact with them. You do better when you can tell a client there's an issue and they understand it. Negotiating with clients and having that confidence really helps. I'm not sure if it's a skill or a personality trait, but it's a very good thing to have.
