What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I am the Senior Account Manager. I'm essentially in charge of everything day-to-day, working with our clients through the whole sales process and guiding them to their final product. A lot of this is a sales process in itself.
You're trying to get your clients to continue their contracts, whether it's for a year or multiple years. This is also a very stressful part of my job, essentially just hand-holding. Day-to-day, I ensure that what they are purchasing from our company is being created correctly and accurately, and that it's on time.
After they have an event or a campaign, I also ensure any data collected from our company is managed. This includes data transfer emails and campaigns, and I manage it all from start to finish. Then, I take all the analyzed data and create an insights report, recap, or end-of-year report.
Finally, I make sure we're presenting based on those analytics to the client. In a nutshell, I wear a lot of hats because we are a very small company. Essentially, I am the contact person. Once I get a client, I am their go-to for little questions to big questions, the sales process, and any reporting analytics on top of that. So, that's kind of the day-to-day.
