What skills are most important for a job like yours?
There are quite a few, but I'll start by saying that skills are always growing. You can always improve your skills, learn new skills, and no one is perfect by any means. So keep that in mind.
Sometimes you might not have the skills for a role you're going after, but you can learn them. The ability to learn, be flexible, and adapt is one of the most important skills for learning others.
I would say the top three I'll call out are: having patience with others and yourself. Everyone's always learning. Having the ability to think about the big picture strategically, but also think about the narrow details. How will that actually impact? How can you bring it to life?
The small details sometimes matter even more so. And then, know what you're good at and outsource to learn from others where you're not. We're not always perfect; we may not know everything. So, surround yourself with others who have stronger strengths where you do not, and learn from them.
