How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would say people who thrive in this industry have really great communication skills. They're also excellent problem solvers.

I would also say they probably have developed a high level of emotional intelligence, which isn't necessarily typical for every industry. Likewise, if you're in healthcare, that's certainly a thing.

Overall, because recruiting is such uncharted territory, you don't major in it. Someone that's just willing to learn something from scratch is key. Ask any other recruiter, we'll all tell you, we never thought we would do what we do.

But I think we all had a willingness to learn and a love for people. So I think that is probably the great profile for this type of role.
