What do you enjoy most about being a marketing strategist right now?
I love my role because it's a little more math-heavy and a little more data-heavy. I'm in this really cool role where I can be part of the marketing department, focusing on the marketing science side of things.
This allows me to still be in the data, look at where we're going, and find opportunities to drive growth. At the same time, I have amazing counterparts on the other side of our marketing team, the creatives, who are so inspirational.
The scope of my role is super interesting, and I've had so many amazing opportunities to try out different roles. I also really value the collaboration and environment.
I have three direct reports, and I really enjoy partnering with them. I think I have such a rockstar team that I learn so much from. Having that coaching mentality and partnering with them is rewarding; they teach me as much, if not more, than I teach them.
