What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge in my role is the interdependence of information gathering. I have to touch base with every department in the organization to move certain projects forward.

It's really hard when the chain reaction ends with them, and I can't do my job until they do theirs. That's really tough and challenging.

You can take a human-centered approach to it, but it's difficult when someone was sick for a few days, and you have an item on your calendar from two months ago. That's the hard part.

I'm very strict with myself about time management and I know the impact when I don't do my part. You can't teach someone to care; they either do or they don't.

It's hard when people don't do their part so that you can do yours, especially when you're the one who has to submit things. That's what's most challenging.
