What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
In my previous industry, I worked for the state of California. More than half of the 25 years I spent there were in the department that administers the Medicaid program.
I was extremely proud to be part of an organization that makes healthcare available to all. I truly enjoyed being an integral part of that.
In my teaching career, I also enjoy the pride I feel when I say I'm a teacher. It's a very inward feeling for me to be able to teach others.
