What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I think it's really fun at the end of the day to remember that I work on a video game, because it really puts everything into perspective. I'm not saving lives, I'm not a neurosurgeon or a heart surgeon. So if something slips through the cracks, people aren't going to die.

It's really not the end of the world. I think because of that, a lot of people I work with are very fun and lighthearted. They appreciate that we should have fun in our work too, and not just be serious all the time.

I think that's really nice, being in a place or an industry where at the end of the day, you are creating things that are fun to engage with and that people really love. It's a nice thing to remember, and it infuses itself into everyday interactions in the company as well.
