What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is a lack of visibility and the ability to change senior leaders' perspectives. In a partnership, this can be difficult.
We might go out with a certain strategy or approach, but senior leaders may have a different view or shift their perspective. This forces us to start over or readjust our strategy.
It's tough to find the balance between moving forward with work and understanding when there isn't consensus from senior leaders. Sometimes you have to wait, but not too long, or nothing will get done.
The goal is to find that balance and better understand senior leaders' viewpoints to get their buy-in earlier.
