Q8: Who thrives in industry?
The first word that comes to mind is "resourceful." There's no clear blueprint for running a company or a startup. Even if there were, you have to actively seek it out, and there are a hundred things to consider.
You have to think about incorporating the company, taxes, and more. You need to figure out how to set up ads, run ads, or start making content. You have to wear many hats.
So, you must be resourceful to figure out how to do things efficiently, using minimal time and finances. Being a hustler is also key; you're constantly reaching out to people for advice, spreading the word, and more.
Another important trait is being flexible. Things will go wrong frequently, or they will change very quickly. The industry itself changes, especially with AI now.
As others use AI to create content, you need to stay updated with what the industry is doing. This adaptability is crucial.
The third trait is being good at prioritizing, applying the 80/20 concept. 20% of your to-do list often leads to 80% of your revenue or impact. It's vital to focus on that 20% before tackling the rest.
