What does a day in the life of a marketing analyst look like?

It depends on the day. Mondays are usually my busiest day because I start the week with three reports that I have to finish. It takes me pretty much all day to create them.

One report goes out to the entire organization, which causes a lot of anxiety. When I finish this report, it takes over two hours to create. Then I have to click send and hope I didn't make any mistakes, which does happen.

I'm pretty new and I've definitely made mistakes and learned a lot. Besides that, I have monthly reports and daily tasks.

I also have to check so many emails. I feel like that's the main complaint I hear from my friends; they're constantly communicating via email and having to catch up.

And then there are meetings. Corporate America is like that: you have your job, but then you also have everything in between the tasks you have to do.

I feel like I'm answering vaguely, but it just depends on the day. I don't really have a day that's always the same, even when I have the same things every week.
