What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My main responsibilities involve overseeing all aspects of a project's life cycle. This includes everything from pre-production to production, post-production, and finally delivery to the network or whoever purchased our project.
I also support the management of calendars and TV project files. I maintain a running log of department contacts, adding all project partners to our databases.
Additionally, I assist in the creative process when we develop shows internally. We brainstorm extensively, and I'm responsible for keeping track of all our ideas. This ensures we can revisit them later if they become relevant, even if they aren't a fit at the moment.
I supervise interns at my company. I also help provide notes and design decks and sizzles for our projects. This is done while coordinating with accounting, marketing, and business affairs teams. It's a lot, but it varies from day to day.
